We propose “LIFE RUNNING” as a new form of exercise tailored to each individual's body and lifestyle.
Foot care and form instruction by experts. Workshops and group runs that anyone can easily participate in. And the design of “habits for running” that support daily life. Our goal is to contribute to society through running and to create communities where everyone can live healthy lives.
