If a customer requests disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer himself/herself, but only in cases where we are obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law. Please note that in some cases, a disclosure fee may be charged in accordance with procedures separately established by our company.
2. Our company will respond to requests from customers to correct the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that the personal information is not true, and (2) the customer requests the suspension of use of their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use, or that it was obtained by fraudulent or other unlawful means, we will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results of that investigation, correct the content of the personal information or suspend its use, and notify the customer of that fact.
3. If a customer requests the deletion of their personal information, we will delete the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is from the customer themselves, and notify the customer to that effect, only if we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request.
4. When making a request as described in the preceding paragraphs, please send the following information and other information and materials specified by our company.
   a. Name, address, telephone number, email address
   b. Details of claim, background, and supporting documents
   c. Identity verification documents

In any of the following cases, we may not be able to respond to requests under Paragraphs 1 and 2. In such cases, we will notify the customer to that effect and explain the reasons.

a. When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of customers or third parties.
b. When there is a risk of significant interference with the proper execution of our business operations.
c. When it would violate laws and regulations.
d. If we cannot confirm that the request is from the customer themselves.
